National Medicines Verification Organisations (NMVOs) are national entities responsible for implementing and managing the national components of the European Medicines Verification System (EMVS). Each EU member state has its own NMVO that ensures compliance with the Falsified Medicines Directive at the national level.
NMVOs work in collaboration with EMVO to maintain the European Hub and coordinate verification activities across borders, ensuring seamless operation of the verification system throughout Europe.
